I've checked our system, we sent you the two results, the first one on Sun, Apr 18, 6:00 PM and the second on Fri, Apr 23, 7:30 AM. I have resent them to you now as well, just in case. “Are you serious? I had zero assistance with my £190 test to release purchase. The auto populated address confirmed the correct address on my receipt but the actual package did not show the street address beyond the flat number and post code and I was unable to get any assistance via multiple phone calls, voicemails and emails. Zero help. I had to wait until I had a failed attempted delivery and contact the delivery service to correct the problem since Confirm at no point responded to my request for some very basic assistance with the problem, which ultimately delayed my clearance for quarantine release.”

“Customer service was poor or non existent. I only received confirmation of an enquiry into an order about a week later, and it was only a receipt of the enquiry. The office didn’t answer any calls and the day 8 test results took 3 and 4 days respectively.”

“Excellent service. Everything on time but of course i made the mistake of not reading the instructions properly so a bit of delay was entirely due to me. The carrier very nearly went to the wrong house and did not leave the parcel (second test). Luckily I managed to intercept him as I anticipated that. He was instructed to leave the parcel with a screen shot by the door but failed to do this. This was in no way ConfirmTesting's fault. Really good service at a good price. Many thanks and success in the future”

“Test kits are provided well packaged, secure with clear instructions for use and mailing. It takes about 2.5 days to get results from the date of posting via Royal Mail. Results were received at midnight the day my quarantine ended, which I didn't see until the next morning.”

“I absolutely dreaded the entire process of using this company. Test results didnt come back for day 2 and day 8 till 5 days after. Therefore I spent 14 days in isolation. I wasn’t allowed to go back to work till I received a negative test. Reaching them via phone or email is impossible. They never respond. Don’t waste your time and money with Confirm testing”

“Purchased a Travel Test Package. The tests were delivered well on time and the test kits came with clear instructions and a pre-paid return envelope. The test results arrived a bit later than advertised (48h after they were delivered at the testing facility). Overall I was happy with it.”
