Dear Diogo, You had sent your Day 2 on a Sunday, when Royal Mail does not process mail. This is why it took 4 days in this instance, as it began processing on Monday, and was delivered to our lab Wednesday evening, with results being issued early the next day. “We have not yet received the results of our day 8 tests. I had to chase up our day 2 tests and only received the results after I contacted you”

Dear Brian, Both results on your order were sent to you yesterday, one at 20:33 and one at 22:31. I have resent both of them now to you. We had resent Day 2 to you as well as it had appeared it may have landed in your spam folder, which we do ask for customers to check since the results are sent from an automated system that can trigger the spam filter. Dear Andrew, You sent your sample on 03/07/2021 in an area with no weekend pickup by Royal Mail. Your sample was not processed by them till Monday and therefore only delivered to our lab on Tuesday, where it was booked in on 06/07/2021 14:55 and your result issued on 07/07/2021 01:26. This is all within stated timelines. We advise customers to check their Royal Mail service in their areas. There is Saturday pickup in some areas, which means samples are delivered on Monday. There is no processing of mail at all on Sundays. You can verify all this on your Royal Mail tracking number. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“This is not a service any of us want to have to undertake, BUT since we have to to keep us all safe. Then the way Confirm do things, the speed and efficiency, means the results arrive on time, queries get responded to professionally, in a timely manner, and I had to spend only the necessary time in self-isolation, not a minute more. “Very easy test kit, delivered quickly, when I had an issue in terms of sending it back over the weekend and it not being posted straight away, they were very quick to reply and give advice. Overall good quality service and I’m happy with the rest to release experience”

We are not a government agency, and the testing is mandated by law to protect the progress we have made and keep variants of the virus out of the country. “The test arrived next day I ordered, however the result from test day 5 arrived at 19:30 on day 7, plus my son test result didn't arrive yet, so still cannt go out tomorrow until his result arrive”

Dear Rocio, We do state the timeline of results for Day 5 on our website. The tests are postal tests so they do not even arrive at our lab till your Day 6 with next day delivery. Then the sample needs to be tested. The earliest results are rendered are either very late on Day 6 or anytime on Day 7, dependent on when your sample arrives at the lab. “5 star service from very good clear information on the telephone prior to purchasing. Tests arrived just before we got home. Tests easy to complete. Results received quickly for both tests and so we are able to go out immediately quarantine was finished. Would use again and highly recommend their efficient service.”
