“I am appalled and disgusted with the treatment I was given! I ordered a day 2 test and I have been told through this email thread that it arrived on dat 5 when i was already gone to the north. Please help! At least I'm expecting my money back! I had to go a lot of hassle to manage to find a day 2 test since London was invaded with people for EURO2020 Final. I've already contacted you and it seems you didn't care less...”

“Very efficient and quick response. As one of the Trusted Test Centres, I used Confirm Testing when I was travelling out of the UK and on my return. My in-clinic PCR test experience was great with results in less than 24 hours. On my return, my days 2 and 8 test kits were delivered before my arrival in the country. Test instructions were simple and easy to follow. Postage was simple with tracking so you know when your sample is delivered. Results in less than 24 hours once sample is received. I highly recommend Confirm Testing. They are by far the most affordable and the best.”

“Service was fine in general. Only it took a bit too long for them to send me the test. But it was waiting for me in my letterbox when I got back from holidays anyway. I got the results back really fast too. I will use their test again soon.”

“There is no mention that their website changes to UK time. So when you think you’ve added the correct UK time from a device with a different time it will be changed, extremely inconvenient because if the timings are off your test isn’t valid for your flight.”

“I paid for 2 x day 2 tests, for myself and my wife. They both had the same reference number, when I registered my test online there was no problem, I couldn’t register my wife’s test online due to having the same reference number, I phoned the number given on your website eventually got through, and was told it was sorted, we then submitted my wife’s test. I received my results after a couple of days, that was more than 2 weeks ago we are still waiting for my wife’s results”
