“Ordered Day 2 test a few days before leaving Greece. DPD were due to deliver on my day home so very easily moved it to the next day. The test arrived without any delays. I did the test on Saturday and posted it back at my local Post Office and my negative result came back at 12.30am on Tuesday morning. Not the cheapest test available but great service and would use again and recommend.”

“Absolutely disgusted! My elderly father and stepmother paid £200 to return from living in Spain during the pandemic for health reasons and when encountering problems with the ref number being excepted at border control..he and I tried for hours to get confirm on the phone to help but no answer just kept in que..he had to pay another £350 for another 2 day 2&8 tests before he could board…confirm will not give him a refund!! I WILL NOT LET CONFIRM RIP MY DAD OFF”

“Good - only problem was that we were unaware there were dedicated postboxes, we arrived at weekend and luckily managed to get to dedicated postbox with ten minutes to spare - may be worth making customers more aware of this!”

“Confirmation certificate was emailed over very quickly before travel. When I arrived back from my trip my 2 day test was waiting. I performed the test as per the clear instructions and I received my results back within 48 hours of posting it off.”

“Do not pay this company any money. No results results received. No responses to phone/ emails/ chat line. Resulting in my reporting company to citizens advice bureau trading standards and Bank - Dispute opened. Trust pilot reviews in some cases describe this company as scammers and cowboys and exactly illustrates my experience do not use”

“Very slow to obtain Day 5 test to release results….I was doing Day 8 test by the time these results arrived. They replied to my email enquiries, but they didn’t care about such lengthy delays…. Can’t recommend as other companies more efficient for travel testing!!”

“I bought the "AMBER LIST BUNDLE - Day 2 & 8 + Test to Release (Day 5) - At-home × 1" set. The price was pretty reasonable, 155GBP for all three tests and it could be done at home. My mum lives in a rural area who I stayed with for my quarantine so going to a test centre wouldn't have been sensible for me. Confirm Testing was excellent but I had to rely on the lack of reliability of the Royal Mail. I live in Japan and Japan Post is a fantastic service...the Royal Mail, not so much. Each test set came with a Tracked 24 mail kit which implies tracked next-day delivery. My Day 2 kit took 3 working days to be delivered. This of course wasn't the fault of Confirm Testing and was entirely Royal Mail's inadequacy. Somehow it took almost 3 days to get from Chester to Peterborough. This made me worry as I purchased the Day 5 kit and it would be pretty pointless if it took that long to be delivered. Luckily the Day 5 kit did arrive in less than 24 hours and Confirm Testing gave me my negative result very quickly. Strangely, my Day 2 kit and Day 5 kit results arrived on the same day. I was pretty lucky here but unfortunately your experience will come down to the Royal Mail and their sketchy postal service.”
