“The tests were turned around within 24 hours of delivery (just about) as promised. It would be nice if status updates could be available on their website so we could be made more aware of how progress is going.”

“I never received my Day 2 results but I also never chased them. Both of my other test results were delivered in a timely manner though hence the 3/5 :)”

“Pretty easy and straightforward to use, results get back between 36-48hrs later without fail. Only criticism would be the return packaging does not see very sturdy - still, seems to work every time, so no complaints.”

“As a US Resident but UK citizen I found the process seamless, professional- however relatively expensive, based on other European Countries doing the same testing. However, all in all a very happy with the service-”

“The is because the delivery of my second test took a while and the 5th day took 2days. My 3rd text result came in on 2 wording days Can you please reword the review questions, because I am confused about the delivery question. Are you talking about the delivery of the test material postage or the test result delivery. I think it will be good if the clarify that question. Thank you”

“we noticed that you are sending a day8 test kit. We do not need this as we came from Madeira nd not mainland Portugal. As Madeira is on the green list we only need the day 2 test and do not have to isolate for 10 days. So please do not send the day 8 test kit. The problem is that on the location form you cannot enter Madeira as it will only except Portugal Many thanks Mike Sebbage”

“Day 2 and 8 testing were very good. I opted fir day 5 test to release, this fell at a weekend. With Royal mail and weekend Confirm Testing I didn't receive results until 5 days later. Probably an accumulation of these factors. Saying that when I had a query they replied very quickly to my emails and were most helpful. I would use this service again and would recommend Confirm.”

“Worked as expected. Test kit arrived on day zero. I posted the samples in the mornings and received the results late afternoon on the following day (as per the mail tracking, the laboratory received the samples around 24h after posting, so the handle of the samples by the lab itself took only about 6-10 hours each time.)”
