“The test arrived via DPD very quickly (ordered at 3pm, received it the next morning). It took them 1 full day for the results (test was with them at 11am, I received the results the next day at 10am). Not too bad, but being a day 5 test to release I would have expected the results the same day. I guess it's a normal turnaround time, but other providers gave me same day results.”

“Obviously I am very pleased I received a Negative fit to travel test result. However the venue and amenities were all excellent. Plenty of parking which was free. All the staff at the Marriott Hotel and the Confirm Test facility were extremely polite and helpful. The whole procedure was as pleasant as it could have possibly been. Thanks. MH.”

Dear Emma, I am sorry if you feel that Confirm Testing have not provided you with the service that you were expecting. I can see you have been in contact with our friendly Customer Service Team and they have forwarded your results to you again as they were missed. Please check your junk/spam inbox if they have not shown in your main inbox. I can see your order was directly impacted by the delivery service over the weekend. As we rely on third parties to complete testing, there can be some delays involved that are beyond our control. We do note at point of purchase that there can be delays as our service relies upon the Royal Mail and DPD for delivery. This is there for the customer to view and acknowledge before making the decision to place an order. If you plan on travelling in the near future, we do recommend an in-clinic appointment to reduce any hold ups. Wishing you continued health. Confirm Testing

“Had to chase for my day 2 test which didn’t arrive until day 5 after my test to release. Day 12 still waiting for my day 8 results. If I hadn’t had my day 5 test to release I would still be in quarantine. Simply not good enough. Review wasn’t 1 star as I did get a response when I queried my day 2 test results. However no one answers the phone”

“I received the test kit within 24 hours of request and used Confirm testing for a day 5 test to release, taken and posted 2 days ago on Sunday, but unfortunately Royal Mail took 2 days to deliver it. Confirm testing received it this morning and posted result this evening with a certificate. I had phoned the lab offices to chase the result earlier today and Shami was extremely helpful confirming receipt this morning and promising to phone me this evening which she did. The whole process was much easier than Citydoc who I used for the day 2 test.”

“The price is what it is, not for me to judge this other than to state the blindingly obvious, there are some huge profits being made on these tests. What does annoy me, £600+ later, is that I am nearly at day 7, and still don’t have my so called day 5 early release result. We got up at 6.30 to make sure our tests were in the first post on day 5, waste of time, if Confirm literally spent a couple of quid more on guaranteed same day delivery this would all be so much better. As it is I have wasted my money really - might as well have waited another 2days and been free to go anyway?”
