Dear Bogdan, I am sorry you were not satisfied with the service we provided. I can see your results were sent to you yesterday at 14:45 in time for your day 7. I have re-sent these incase they have ended up in your spam folder. As stated on the webpage, we aim to get Day 5 TTR results sent for day 6 or 7 and I can see we have fulfilled this for you. “I used Confirm Testing to purchase a test to release kit.I had trouble registering my kit and had to call them.I got an immediate response and the kit was then registered over the phone.I also emailed a result enquiry,which was also answered promptly.Would definitely recommend and use again.”

Dear Karolina, I am sorry you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, delivery can face delays if your day 5 falls on a Saturday or Sunday. This is due to some areas not having a postal collection on the weekend which forms an accumulation in mail and sometimes puts everything back a two to three days from time of postage. We do state, at point of purchase, that sending the sample back to the lab relies upon the Royal Mail and this may result in delays in getting your results and therefore lengthen home quarantine. I hope this explains why your result was delivered to you slightly later than hoped for. Wishing you continued health. Confirm Testing

“All other tests with Chronomics have come back negative. Obviously these tests are not fit for purpose as they cannot tell you one way or another. Cost £60 . Will not be using in future. Did test in exactly same way as all other tests even the NHS test can give you a result.”

Dear Carol, I am unsure as to what you mean when you say we cannot tell you one way or another? I can see we have sent you a result for your Day 5 Test To Release at 03:06am today, the morning of your day 7 in self-isolation. “This should be 5. The efficiency and responsiveness of the staff was excellent. Royal Mail losing my day 2 test and not working Sunday meant my day 2&5 results came within an hour or so of each other.”

“I initially had trouble ordering on the site and was called within half an hour of putting in a request. The lady I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. My kit was ready for me when I arrived home from holiday and I took the test the next day (Tuesday) and posted it at about 2pm. I got my result on Thursday morning. Very efficient. Will definitely use again.”
