“For one reason or another I had to phone Confirm almost every day. My calls were dealt with quickly, clearly and politely - even with sense of humour. However the issues we had were all to do with management and administration which did not deliver the "peace of mind" and "certainty in this uncertain time" that Confirm promise. The tests were sent at the last possible moment so that the last one was received too late to get in that days post which meant we had another day of isolation. For DPD the tests should be labeled PRIORITY to be delivered in the morning. In Confirms T&C's it states tests will be delivered by "Royal Mail 1st class tracked" which they are not.”

“Great service by very polite and accommodating staff. I was in and out in no time. Great price compared to some other companies and the parking was free! Results came within the 24hrs as promised. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.”

“Good morning my wife and I did your 5 day test to release, we did the test early on Friday 18th of June and posted the completed tests at our local main Royal mail post office in the priority box at 7am that morning. I did not receive my test result until the day 8 at 21.17pm my wife received her test result later than this at 10pm. So obviously we weren't satisfied with the slow service ! we weren't released to go out until the morning of day 9 !! so we were only released two days early. Rob from Guildford Surrey”

Dear Robert, I am sorry if you feel that Confirm Testing have not provided you with the service that you were expecting. I can see your order was one directly impacted by the lack of delivery service over the weekend. As we rely on third parties to complete testing, there can be some delays involved that are beyond our control. After some investigation, I can see that your swabs were in transit from Friday to Monday. Confirm Testing see this as unacceptable. “The turnaround time from receiving the test to processing and replying was very fast indeed, certainly no complaints. The only problem I experienced was down to the Royal Mail 24. I posted the test around 10am on a Saturday and they didn't deliver to Confirm until about 48 hours later.”

“We got our day 5 test results about 40 hours from posting them which is as good if not better then other providers our friends used. Also I could ring Confirm Testing and speak to a human (not a machine) who was very helpful. This was very helpful and I would use Confirm Testing again.”
