“I am waiting more than 48 h for test results from test 5 day to be released. I am not able to go back to work because my results hasn’t been send to me. Waste of money anyway i am having my full quarantine because you guys doesn’t send me the results”

Dear Beloslava, Your sample arrived to the lab on 12/07/2021 14:16. You sent them on Saturday, and Royal Mail does not deliver any tests to the lab on Sundays. Your test is currently in progress and you should receive results in the next few hours. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Ian, Your result was sent to you yesterday at Yesterday 22:45. Royal Mail does not deliver to the lab on Sundays, so your sample only arrived to the lab on Monday and you had results issued the same day. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Graham, It appears you registered your barcode on Friday. Your sample only arrived at the lab today and was booked in for testing on 12/07/2021 14:52. Your area may not have Royal Mail Saturday pickup or processing. You can verify this with your Royal Mail tracking number. Our prices are some of the most competitive on the market. Dear Linda, I have checked your record and it appears you did not register your barcode. Raymond's is registered which is why he got the results. You need to register the barcode in order for your results to be sent by the system. We have responded to your emails.
