“The Day 5 test kit arrived on my arrival date, which was earlier that my Day 2 test that I got from another provider. There was only a minor issue in which I couldn’t register my kit before day 6. However, the customer service was very responsive and helpful - we resolved the matter in 15 min. I would HIGHLY recommend Confirm Testing.”

“Totally waste of money, you get a test day 5 but you don't get the results until day 7. Possibly works for people really need 2 days less of isolation but for me was I silly move thinking get back to work earlier.”

Dear Luis, Sorry to see you're disappointed. We state clearly on the product page that it is a postal test. The Royal Mail return label is for next day delivery, which means the test doesn't even get to the lab till Day 6 and needs to be tested. The earliest we could deliver results is Day 6 in the evening and Day 7 if delayed. This is all clearly stated on the product page before you purchase.
