“The 2 day test was done very quickly and efficiently. However the pre-travel in resort test was hopeless. It is expensive and unnecessary (particularly when you can get it done for half the price locally). The on line zoom test didn't work either so well out of pocket!”

Dear Alan, We do not offer an online zoom test, perhaps you have confused us with another company you used. You did use us for a Day 2 and Day 8 test, and I hope your experience with those was satisfactory. We recently started offering, as of this week, pre-travel tests at £25 but they are not via a zoom link and we only started offering them as of Monday this week. “So expensive in UK. £ 36 in Spain. Postal service was good , but l was sweating on the 2nd test. I was to be out of quarantine at midnight to start my proper holiday straight away . 12-23 pm 37 mins before l was due to travel , but you made it . Thank you.”

“I paid £120 for two Day 2 tests prior to our holiday. When I came to input the reference code into the Passenger Locator Form to return to the UK, there wasn’t one given to me! Both I and the staff at the airport couldn’t find it if any of the three emails I was sent. I ended up having to buy some more tests from a different company via the airport to complete the form! Another £120! A very stressful situation. Really not happy.”

Dear Elizabeth, I have checked your order and you have not registered your barcode according to the instructions given, which is why you did not receive results. Barcodes must be registered in the system in order for the result to be associated with your email account and for it to be sent to you. Should you still have your instructions booklet, the barcode is on the front page and we could still register it for you if you email us at info@confirmtesting.com Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing
