“Quite satisfied with Confirm Testing, Whilst in quarantine the 2nd day test results did take longer than expected, it would not have made a difference Our 5 day early release results came 24hrs later just before midnight. So happy with that”

“Test kit arrived on time, i did the swab on Monday and sent it off, got results on Tuesday evening 9pm. All went well and price is reasonable compared to what others charge!”

“2nd day Test: Test arrived in time. I came back from my journey july the 28th, I did the test july the 30 and I sent it the same day. But the result arrived on my email on August the 6th! It took 6 days to receive the test result. Not exactly a quick service! Personal opinion: I believe the mandatory nature of 2nd day test (useful only to complete the PLF…and allow you to travel) makes it useless and looks to me like a new way to tax people.”

“I used Confirm Testing for 2 day return to UK from Barbados for my wife and me using each of our Email addresses for confirmation of order reference which is required for the Passenger Locator Form. My confirmation came quickly but my wife’s did not. I contacted Confirm Testing by Email and it eventually got sorted. My advice is book each person separately and book early so that you have time to sort any problem. The test kits were due to be delivered on the day we arrived but I contacted the courier to deliver them the next day, so everything went OK.”

“it would have been nice to have been able to give a good report to confirm testing after a good and smooth initial use of your service and the fact that you have some new good products on the market which i would wish to use - however you are sitting on a day 8 refund which is still nowhere in sight after correspondence and not answering your phone - i look forward to your response or better still my refund - cheers ashley whyatt”

“Customer service was excellent, particularly impressed that when the rules changed so that double-vaccinated people only needed one rather than two tests on returning to UK, they immediately got in touch and offered a refund on the package we'd booked and paid for and to replace it with the one-test package. All dealings with them were excellent. 4 stars not 5 because each test contained two sets of instructions, which were slightly different to each other (eg whether to nasal swab one nostril for longer, or both more briefly), and which didn't tally with the actual kit (all the instructions referred to a box to send the test back in, which didn't exist). In the end this clearly didn't matter much for the quality or return of the test, but at the time we didn't know that, and we did know that not having the correct test, properly done and delivered, could mean that we wouldn't be able to leave the country. So it caused a bit of unecessary stress and more than a little bit of swearing.”

“I just done my PCR test for me and my wife and 2 children on a Mariott hotel Heathrow clinic it was wonderful experience very friendly staff and results come back in less than 24 hours thank you very much Confirm.”

“The booking process was convoluted and the program behind it had errors which I complained about but when I finally managed to get it booked it all went ahead pretty well apart from getting confused because there were two Heathrow Marriott hotel in a similar area and I went to the wrong place first.”

“Not happy with the service at all. Used confirm testing for test to release and it took 4 days to get my result back. I also complained about this and no one helped or apologised for the poor service. Would not recommend or use again.”
