“I am impressed for receiving the results of both tests (day 2 and day 8) promptly together with your detailed guidance on self isolation, it was certainly perfect, the only problem I had was registering my details when I had received the first package, I had to ask my son who lives in Germany to assist me over the phone for completion of the registration. with many thanks. “I posted my test on 29th April, was informed that results will take up to 48 hours. Unfortunately a week later 6th May today and i have still not received my results. The test kits however did arrive on time.”

Dear Harpeet, I have checked your record and both results were sent to you. The first on Fri, Apr 30, 8:30 PM (7 days ago) and the second at 1:30am this morning. We had advised customers not to collect their samples over the bank holiday so as to avoid delays as there was no Royal Mail service over the weekend. It looks like you had posted yours on the Friday and it had been delayed getting to the lab because of the long weekend. I have resent these to you now. I hope this helps resolve your issue. “Excellent! I really could not fault my day 2&8 testing kits. Both arrived in good time by courier with an email and text to keep me updated on delivery time which was actually very accurate. The instructions were clear and written in plain English with useful diagrams. Results came as stated within 48 hours despite bank holiday postal issues.”
