We never received our testing kits. Phone or emails weren't answered!!

Dear Sonja, Sorry to hear about your experience. I have looked into this and it appears you may have been replying to the noreply@ email address that sends out the automatic confirmation emails. This is why we never saw your emails. I have looked into your tracking numbers and it appears DPD did not find your address as indicated on our form. We are in communication with you now about this. Second test arrived without the swab. New package eventually arrived after the 10th day. Never did get the result. No telephone contact and a delayed email response. No refund for second test!!!

Dear Letsha, We're sorry you had a less than stellar experience. I have checked on your order, and it does appear we sent you a replacement kit, but it appears it was not received at the lab after that, which is why there was no second result. Day 8 test results never arrived + they give you a return box that doesn't fit through most of the mail boxes. Why?

Dear Enrique, We have been in contact with you regarding your Day 8 test which appears to have not made it to the lab. In the instructions booklet we do advise to keep a hold of this tracking number and even provide space in the booklet to write it down so that you always have it on hand to ensure the test kit arrives at the lab. I received no assistance what so ever from Confirm Testing. I called their phone number for 2 weeks straight and no one answered. I never received my test results. I spent £190 for nothing or surely those money were not invested in customer service. Horrible!

Dear Regina, We're sorry to hear about your experience. I have checked your order and it appears you did not register your barcodes. We did email you but have not received a response from you. As to our phone lines, while we did have an overwhelming number of calls in April, we have definitely invested in our customer service and our average wait time is no longer than 10 seconds on the phone lines. Dear Marc, Your Day 2 results were sent to you on Sat, Apr 10, 3:00 AM. It appears you did not register your Day 8 barcode as instructed which would explain why you did not receive those results. If you register it now you would still receive the results. We have also emailed you 4 days ago to resolve this, but have not yet received a response. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Maria, Your Day 2 results were sent to you on Sat, Apr 24, 12:30 AM. Your Day 8 barcode was not registered as we have instructed in the instructions booklet that came with your kit. Both barcodes need to be registered in order to receive results. We have email you about this but have not yet received a response from you. We would be grateful for the opportunity to resolve this for you and register and retrieve your Day 8 result. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

I received my day 5 results 2 days before my 2 day test with Confirm. For the price of £215 it is really disappointing and I won’t use your lab again.

Dear Elodie, You purchased the Day 2 and Day 8 package from us, no Day 5 package. This was at the cost of £190, not £215. Your Day 2 results were sent on time to you at Fri, Apr 16, 8:00 PM according to our system. It appears you did not register your Day 8 result. Two members of our customer service team have been in contact with you now and have registered your Day 8 barcode and sent you results. We hope this helps clarify and resolve the situation. I have checked your order and it appears you did not register any of your barcodes nor did you email us about not receiving results which would have alerted us to your record not having barcodes. Tests delivered on time but the results have not come through on time or not at all, we have submitted a formal complaint. Poor service overall, would not use this company again.
