“Purchased the 2-8 day test and the 5 day test to release. I dropped my 5day test into a priority mailbox with Sunday pickup and only received my test results 3 days later. I called on Tuesday, 2 days after posting my test to inquire about my test and was advised that you had not still received it even though is was a guaranteed 24hr shipment. This was purely a cash grab.”

“Prices fluctuate greatly we paid £105 for two tests a couple of days later they where available for £37 each not including the discount code there’s cheaper pcr tests out there as well shop around look on gov website I wish I had”

“36 hours to turn round a 10 minute test.your company is a disgrace and I would like a fefund.If you don’t have the staff,don’t take on the work!.Will definitely not recommend or use you again.Did exactly the same to my wife .Both had business meetings we were unable to attend.😡😡😡”

Dear Rosemary, I am not sure where you saw that PCR tests are a 10 minute tests but I think you may be thinking of the rapid lateral flow tests. The test you ordered is a PCR test that you send to a laboratory for testing and the testing itself is an hours-long process. You also use Royal Mail to deliver the tests to the lab, which takes another day. 36 hours is well below the timeline we advertise and information about the timeline is available for viewing before you purchase. “Test kit was received ion Day 1 as promised and had clear instructions and labels. Test turnaround for me was late next day. (11pm on Day 6 for Day 5 test), would ideally have liked it to be a bit faster. Would also be great to get a message from. ConfirmTesting that the sample was received.”
