“Good value tests compared to competition. Only complaint is that they tried to deliver them a day before we came back despite knowing we were still abroad. Had to pay an extra £5 to move delivery, but not a big deal. All tests were processed within 12 hours of them getting delivered to confirm. All in all. Great job!”

“I sent my day 5 test on Sunday 4th July. Still haven't heard the result so the test is now pointless I will ask for a refund”

“I’m very pleased with the testing. I had a couple of queries and they were dealt with very well. The fly in the ointment is Royal Mail. I posted my 5 day test on Friday at 1130. It was delivered to the laboratory on Monday. That’s really poor. The lab returned my result on Monday around 430. That poor delay is completely down to Royal Mail and I think you need to address that.”
