“The test to release test could be faster...”

“Smooth and easy process. Unfortunately the day 2 test result never arrived. Luckily the day 8 one did. Plus, despite of giving the date of return to the UK, the tests were delivered well before and delivery had to be re-scheduled. What a waste of DPD driver's journey.”

“Efficient & friendly communications; quick turnaround of results. I had my negative certificate in early hours of day 7. I'm so happy to "be free" of quarantine ahead of the 10 days, I don't begrudge the 60 quid cost.”

“Tests arrived in plenty of time. Initially ordered day 2 and day 8 tests then Decided to order a day 5 test on day 3, test arrived the next day and once taken we had our result by the evening of day 6.”

“The kit included very clear instructions for use and posting. However, I was quite disappointed by the speed of this service. I was at home quarantining waiting for my kit to arrive and I received an email saying they missed me and will re try the delivery the next day. I was at home all day as I couldn't legally leave so there was no way the driver attempted the delivery and I missed it. So there was already a day delay in doing my test, the next day it arrived after 6pm which meant I had missed the priority post box collection time so I couldn't post my sample until the next day, meaning the delay was then 3 days!”

Dear Severin, Sorry to see you were disappointed, but this would have been the service offered by DPD. I am unsure why they would have said they missed you if you were home. “Very disappointed with this site. If you order on day 5, you will be late. I had to call customer service 4 times in 3 days, with a minimum wait of 7/17 minutes. They first put the wrong address, saying it was my fault when it was their fault because on the carrier's site it was wrong. I received a new one on day 5, and with the results I was free on day 7 instead of 5. Count 24 hours for results even if sent early in the morning. No discount, nothing , I would go to another company for my next vacation and I would not recommend it to my friends.”

Dear Leontine, Sorry to see you are disappointed. I wanted to clarify some things: Day 5 TTR does not mean you will receive results on Day 5. It is just when you are allowed to perform the test, just like Day 2 and Day 8. We clearly state the timeline of results on our product page prior to purchase. We can only ship to the address you enter on the order and that is why your original dispatch was sent to the address you entered on the form. Dear Brendan, It appears you sent your sample on the 3rd of July, which is a Saturday. It appears you do not have weekend pickup for the priority box you chose as Royal Mail would have picked it up on Monday, as it was only delivered to the lab yesterday. “The day 2 testing kit arrived promptly and was well organised with easy to follow instructions. Unfortunately it took two days to have the test result back and the day 2 test turned into four days of quarantine. I would like to see the same efficency through out from purchase to receiving the test results.”
