“Yana is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us as we learned. Even when a wrench was thrown and the labs went down, Yana was able to adapt and proceeded to get through all the materials. I feel much more comfortable handling palo equipment thanks to Yana's guidance.”

“Stayed on topic, didn't let question drag her into the weeds. Spoke from a postion of having done this in the real world, not only from book learning. She wasn't teaching this ike an infomercial for PaloAlto and made no claims about PA being better than Cisco or CheckPoint. BTW, I have exetnsive experience with all 3 and like CheckPoint the best, but PA comes in second (ASA was great layer 4, but ASDM was clunky and FirePower is completely non-intuitive trash).”

“Yana made everything clear and understandable. Whenever there was questions, she immediately had answers to the questions. Her knowledge of the product was great and allowed us to easily go through the modules and labs. She certainly has empowered me to provide better support for the palo alto products in my company.”
