“Excellent service. I had to call and had a really useful conversation with someone who advised on the best product for the size beam I required . I went on to order and it arrived 3 days earlier than expected . Great product with the exact look I wanted . Thankyou”

“I wanted to order some thick cottage style shelves, but without fixings and rear holes in the shelves, so that I could sort those out myself. I contacted Cottage Beams and they set up a special order for me. Having researched other suppliers of this type of product I was aware that Cottage Beams were not the cheapest, but assumed the quality would be good. I was not dissapointed. The shelves are fantastic and the quality of the wood and the finishing is to a very high standard. I will be ordering some more shelves from them again soon.”

“Beautiful finished beam (The Rustic Reclaimed Style Dark Oak Fireplace Beam)and it was no fluke - i ordered the wrong size first of all 🤦🏻‍♂️ but then the second one arrived and it was just as perfect as the first ! The guys were really helpful and I even had a courtesy call to make sure that i understood which fixings i needed for the false wall (chimney breast)that i was building - the project is not yet finished completely but the beam is in place and it looks amazing. Dispatch and delivery was swift and packaging kept the beam well protected. Thank You everyone at Cottage Beams you helped to make this a really enjoyable project.”
