“Terrible experience overall
1) I booked 2 x lateral flow tests, I called before booking and spoke to someone on site who assured me I booked correctly. On arrival the employees said they didn’t have any lateral flow and I’d need to upgrade to PCR, At this point I’m in the Uk and needed to get home so my hands were tied. The price difference was huge. After some talk the staff agreed to a discount. I thanked them and we were tested. The deal was they’d cancel both my lateral flow appointments and we agreed on 75 per Pcr. The staff didn’t seem to care they had informed me wrong and sold me incorrect tests knowing they didn’t have any
2) the staff were very friendly and were very nice to my daughter who was nervous about the test.
the certs were great they worked perfectly
3) I then go home and a day later see I was charged a lot more than agreed and I only got a 50% refund on one of my original tests. Zero refund on the other.
