“booked a LFT 2 day test. Returned home the day before the government required PCR. Clinic decide unilaterally to administer PCR test when I arrived. No advance contact to state a change.
I agreed on condition that no extra fee would be charged but the clinic made an unauthorised charge anyway.
I emailed twice with no reply so had to contact my bank to recover the money
