“The clinic was closed when I arrived. I called the number on the door and he was there in 15min. Although he was late he was very friendly and efficient. Generally a good experience.”
“We got the result a bit late (about 36 hours) and we didn't get answers for everybody at once, but had to ask for it. We then got the answer quite at once.”
“The general process is fast including reservations and conducting the test. The result was published on time. However, the accreditation certificate of laboratory was not in place at the first moment. After several conversations, the staff is very helpful and get the certificate finally. Now they should have no issue on this matter.”
“Had to wait for allmost 40 minutes because there was only 1 person doing the testing, so when we arrived,- something with the paperwork with some folks (that was allready inside when we arrived, so I don’t know how long it took) was a sort of «problem». And since there was only 1 person who could do the testing, it became a line with people getting more and more stressed because they all had other plans than waiting. However, the 1 person doing the testing was a nice lad and effective as long as you had you’re paperwork sorted out.”
