“Overall, I am very satisfied - the bed and mattress were a reasonable price and are extremely comfortable, which is the main thing! There was a minor glitch with the delivery in that the hardware (bolts, screws, key) had been inadvertently omitted so I couldn't assemble the bed straight away - however, the office immediately sent me a new set when I contacted them, so no dramas. The only other "issue" was the amount of polystyrene in the packaging - it was not a pleasant experience to unpack, creating a lot of mess, and is also not very environmentally friendly. However, I'm not sure if there is a suitable, biodegradable alternative.”

“Really, really impressed with this company. The bed arrived as promised and I managed to put it up myself by torchlight (don't ask). I (have a senior railcard and) found the instruction commentary so very very refreshing and useful. It reassured me that someone would help me if needed and I loved the bits about what could be a bit tricky. Well done team! Love the bed by the way :)”
