“Good bed, was easy to make up, a couple of manufacturing flaws on the paint but luckily enough were hidden when the bed was put together. GreatService, advised 5-7 days but came in less than 48 hours One downside is the oak tops really set the bed up and it looks stylish, but the screw coverings are not blended and themed then looks cheap”

“The beds look really nice, but one of the beds came with 2 holes out of 4 on the decorative tops of the headboard and the footboard that would not line up with the holes on the main pieces. They are still functional, but kept together with just 2 screws rather than 4.”

“I'm still waiting on the bed base and holding back the mattress that I've bought. You people don't communicate properly .I've sent numerous emails an calls and the company aren't listening. 1 staff member finally understood my request after a while .”

I am so sorry to read you have had these issues with delaying your delivery, I can understand that this would be very frustrating and inconvenient and I sincerely apologise for this. Having looked into this for you, I can see that the order you placed for your mattress has been placed on hold as requested until you can proceed with the order for your desired bed frame. “Bed was delivered promptly and mattress very soft and comfortable. There is some slight damage to the wood on the frame in various places which is why it is not the full 5 stars but you can’t see it too much with the mattress on. Delivery driver was wonderful despite having a tough time getting around the traffic due to the petrol problems. Will be recommending this company to all my friends and ordering again when the time comes!”
