“I'm very disappointed by the quality of this bed. I bought the beds from three different sites, and this was the worst. Flimsy build. Drill holes did not line up on the headboard or footboard. Generally very disappointed.”

“Just wanted to add to a past review about the service. The memory foam mattress I got is absolutely amazing. What a complete bargain! For once I've not been misled or over spent. Would highly recommend and have done. Keep up the good work! 👍”

“Overall the bed is lovely,however the customer service was terrible with regards to the bed being at fault it took a total of almost 2 weeks to finally get to the bottom of the issue and get a replacement headboard sent out.I couldn’t get an answer on the phone and emails took 2-3 working days to be responded to leaving my daughter sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks”

I can see that you contacted us on 29th November at 22:08 in the evening regarding the issue you had found, which we responded to on 30th November at 14:46 requesting some images so we could take a look. We successfully received the images shortly after and provided a solution by advising we were sending out a new part for you on 1st December which I can see arrived on 7th December. I am sorry you could not get through by phone, we have been dealing with a high number of calls and we have done our best to try and answer as many as possible. “The bunk beds I ordered the Finley ones in grey are lovely looking and good quality abit finicky to put up but got there in the end deffo would use again. Also corn really quickly my two oldest sons are extremely happy with them”
