“The bed and mattresses seem fine, but I was rudely awoken by your delivery driver at 07.15, not the time window from 09.00 as stated, which spoilt the whole experience”

As we advised, you do have a 12-month warranty with your new bed frame and this will cover you for any manufacturing faults that arise in this time. “I am pleased with the bed but it came down in price by £30 before my order was delivered and I was disappointed CPB wouldn't refund the difference. They suggested I decline the delivery, wait for a refund and purchase again which is such a waste of time, money and resources I didn't bother.”
