“I haven't actually put the bed up yet, but the service was first class. Delivery day was allotted. Late in the day, I had a message to say the driver had been delayed so could not deliver that day. Email exchange with customer services went in to the evening. Very apologetic and promised me a delivery slot of my choosing. The driver turned up bang on time and very cheerful. If only all companies could deliver customer service at this level!”

“I love this bed! It was within my small budget and expected it to perhaps be a little flimsy. Au Contraire, it's solid and sturdy. I built it up myself without incident using the the tiny tools provided and it looks great! Great bed, great value for money, easy assembly ☺”

“Lovely bed. We had a problem with putting it together but the lovely customer service people told us how to resolve the matter. They were very quick with their response and the issue was resolved. My grandson now can't wait for a sleepover in his new bef”

“Bed was different, something to entice my grandson and quite pleased with it! Unfortunately as per normal on flat pack, it arrives with scuffs and gouges and as per most people, we simply can’t be bothered to send it back and wait for new delivery. For the price I would say it was ok but it would be nice to have received a bed that was perfect.”

“Yet to build but it looks fairly straightforward. Bought the bed as we saw one that looked Identical, green and 200 quid more expensive elsewhere. Bought green spray and she’s looking pretty good. Couple of dents but honestly once built my sons gonna love it. Swift turn around from order, a text to let me know they are on route and kind deliverer.”

“After finally getting my carpet laid, I have put my bed together. firstly it was delivered quickly from date of purchase. I was told the day it would be delivered, the guy who delivered was Luke and was very helpful putting the packages in the garage for me. The bed itself could not have been easier to put together, very well thought out. I would definitely recommend this company.”
