“Nice bed but instructions not good . Was told delivery between 11 and 3 after having to contact them regarding my order they then turned up at 8 am when trying to get kids to school . Also delivery driver trying to carry all the boxes together which ripped the boxes . Not great for first time using .”

I can see that our driver did make your delivery early, I am very sorry if this caused inconvenience. From the photos that the driver provided of the delivery, I cannot see that the boxes have been damaged in anyway as a result of the driver mishandling them. “We have purchased two beds now from CPB and would be happy to buy another!! The prices are comparable, the quality of both the frames and the mattresses (we went for memory foam) is spot on. Very happy with the whole interaction. Our delivery driver (Yogi) was really friendly and helpful. Very pleased!”

“Over priced didn’t revive the adapter for the plug so had to buy 1 as I got the bed for the main reason to have the lights on the head board for my son who is autistic so when they didn’t work he had a absolute melt down bed was supposed to be white but was off white dirty white had scuffs on the headboard I emailed to complain about everything and I got nothing back shocking will not recommend”
