“Good service apart from waiting 11 days instead of 5 due to the original delivery driver being sick. There was no call or anything and just a change on the tracking system. I had to chase up the reason why and I wasted a day annual leave and had to take a extra day off the following Monday.”

“I give 3 stars only for the fact that the first delivery driver didn't even attempt to deliver to my home when he couldn't find it, no phone call or anything, then lied to the company saying he attempted delivery but wasn't in. I understand my home can be hard to find but the second delivery driver used his brain and rang me and I gave him clear directions. I was very happy with his delivery service and he was a very friendly guy. Shame about the first one eh.”

“So happy with the bed and mattress I ordered (19” Memory Foam) for my nearly 15 year old daughter. Delivery was great with tracked time slot, and the delivery driver was really friendly & polite. The bed was easy to assemble on my own, it looks so nice. There was a fault with the foot end - they responded to my email immediately and sent me out a replacement straight away. Brilliant service, fantastic price and lovely bed for the money. I’m really pleased, thank you 😊”

“Very impressed with the purchase of 2 double beds. To be honest I was a bit nervous not buying from a well known brand over the Internet but experience could not have been better. Great choice, great price, quick and professional delivery with excellent regular updates on progress. Really pleased with quality of both beds - really exceeded expectations - and both were incredibly easy to assemble. Would highly recommend.”

“Great service. The bed was delivered within the time given, and had email updates with date and time. The delivery man was very helpful and friendly and called before to see if it was convenient to come earlier. Overall very happy with the service and the bed/mattresses I ordered. Only problem was the bed frame had some scratches despite it being carefully packed.”

“The quality of the product is shocking, The prices are low, but not low enough to justify the sub-standard materials used in the construction of the bed frames. 3no. Bed slats broke within 2 nights of use, customer service has requested a variety of images be taken of the damaged items and the bed frame to look for structural defects.. avoid this company, any time I attempted to call the phone always said to call during business hours.”
