“All was very easy. Delivery was around a week and the driver forgot 1 of the matresses but this was sorted quickly. I purchased bunk beds for my Grandchildren and they are very sturdy and easy to assemble.”

“The bed was fab and my love princess liked.., but the delevry man was so rude and unhelpful he left the boxes all the way downstairs at the main gate.., I have to kam from 4th floor to grnd floor to lift 3 boxes for my self and young kids with me which I was very upset.., I even ask him to put in the lift so I can manage to take from there.., so I’m gana rate the delevry 0”

I am sorry to read that you were unhappy with the delivery service though, we do advise in our terms and conditions that deliveries are to the ground floor only in the case of apartments/flats, but I do sincerely apologise that the driver was rude to you when making the delivery. This is not the level of service we aim to provide and we will complete an internal audit to ensure that this does not happen to you or any of our other customers again. “It looked like it did in the picture and is very solid and the memory foam mattress very comfortable. I'm no light weight and this bed is more than up to it, at the same time it light and very easy to move.”
