“I've given a 5* based on the delivery time but the box was very badly damaged when it arrived so I haven't taken it out yet to assemble it but I'm hoping it's all fine”

“Love my new bed. Well made, easy to assemble (took less than 30minutes). Delivery was great, Troy super helpful and brought my bed up to my second floor flat. I was missing a screw and these got sent out the next day, easy peasy. Definitely would recommend!”

“I searched the internet high and low for a house bed. I came across this website and found this bed at a very good price. It’s absolutely perfect for my daughters big girl bedroom. Very easy to put together and well informed with delivery.”

“Everything about this purchase has been so easy! Easy to order, delivery was on time, courteous and helpful (thank you Yogi) The bed was so easy to put together my children (11 & 15) did it unaided. It looks great and with the mid price mattress is extremely comfortable.”

“Tory was a polite and cheerful deliverer BUT received a text at 4.30 pm on the Friday telling me you would deliver between 10.00 and 14.00 next day. Tried immediately to phone to rearrange but got no reply. We were away but at great inconvenience drove back to receive item. One annoyed customer. Much too short notice. Happy with item.”

We do send out the delivery notifications 24 hours in advance, however, I sincerely apologise that this was not the case on this occasion. I can appreciate how disappointing this would have been, especially as you were unable to reach us - as our offices close at 4pm on Friday's, unfortunately, we would have missed your call at this time.
