“Advert shows a black bed. Purchased bed and a bronze colour turned up! Its very brown not black at all. On review the order description does says brown and the box that arrived says brown. Just not clear at all and picture does not match description so disappointed. My fault for buying with eyes and assuming what I was getting was whats in the picture. Lazy advert. Just be careful and read the detail.”

Hello Jason, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to read you are not happy with your bed frame. Having looked into the order for you I can see that the correct item was received as you ordered our Oxford Industrial Scaffold style brown frame which comes with a beige fabric headboard and brass/bronze accents. We do provide a full range of images and written descriptions on our website to aid in your selection process and the images are captured in our own studio to show the most accurate depiction of the item. That being said, we do take on board all feedback that is given and will use this going forward when considering improvements and alterations to our website and beyond. “Right from the word go. I was impressed! The lovely assistant who took my telephone order was fantastic - really helpful and knowledgeable. The bed arrived within the suggested time frame - and the delivery chap (Colin C) was brilliant. I chose a wooden framed double bed. The quality exceeded my expectations and the finish is lovely. The mattress looks really good (I haven’t tested it - as it is for guests). Well done: A quality product with outstanding customer service.”

“Bed is fine. Very disappointed with the delivery. Unable to accept delivery so phoned and delivery cancelled and rebooted 7 days later. However delivery made on original date and left outside in tbe rain squashing plants in a flower bed Box damaged”

“I wasn't a 100% sure what type of mattress to get, but I'm very happy with my choice. With suffering with my hips this is the best type and has helped immensely with sleep”
