“Ordered a lovely looking bed, arrived quickly- great! However…. Bed was damaged in 4 places (only bothered unpacking half then realised it was dented and scratched). Sent photos to customer service who then took a week to arrange collection. The bed is still sitting on my living room rug… Not great at all”
