“Absolutely cannot fault this place had a problem with my bed slats and I voiced this and I was tended to right away basically with no questions or doubt about what I was complaining about what and the customer service people I spoke to were great! Definitely be back and highly recommended!”

“Great service, great bed. Instructions very clear. Shame the courier can't bring the stuff beyond the door but as that's clear on the website it's okay”

Our drivers are advised to bring the frame to the ground floor door of the property, some drivers are willing to go the extra mile and take it up to flats, but this isn't obligatory. “Good service, poor product. The finish of the head & footboard is horrible. It was also extremely difficult to put together on my own. Instructions say it needs 2 people, but a lot of households are single. Both headboard and footboard attach to the frame with 2 bolts. I was unable to fit the lower bolt on both sides of the footboard. I just hope that one bolt is strong enough.”

“I have been using the white metal frame bed for a week and it's proving to be sturdy and looks good and smart too. Particularly great considering the decent price for the bed. I am happy with it so far!”

“Deliveried on all promises for timescale etc The bed was easy to put together but two man job as stated - Mattress is very good - firmer than expected but has mellowed over the week”

“Bed arrived on time. Frame was damaged but when reported was offered a small refund which was decline. It took me 3 emails and a number of calls to get the discount back. Customer service could have been a lot better”

I apologize that you feel that our customer service could have been better, and we are always looking to improve our customer service. I can see that we did originally mention that you would need to cancel your order to reorder with the applied discount, and this is why it may have taken a while to get this discount sorted. We do not commonly issue refunds of the difference of a discount code that hasn't been applied to the basket, we usually ask for customers to allow us to cancel their order so they can reorder with the applied discount code.
