“It is very rare that I take a cold call but from the moment I answer the phone, it was clear the person at the other end was genuinely courteous and instantly listening to me, rather than trying to shove some preprepared sales pitch down my throat. as he patiently explained the service they were offering, it became clear to me that this could be of real benefit to me and so we went into detail at the end of which I was connected to their system and an appointment was booked with an advisor.
When I went to look at the system it was a) extremely easy to understand b) instantly gave me indications as to where and how I can make improvements and c) left me feeling genuinely optimistic about matters I have tended to avoid.
Today I had the follow up call from the advisor who patiently took me thru various aspects and has sent me a follow up email with yet more quality and clear information and guidance.
To be honest, the only bit I'm struggling with is that a) there really is a 30 day trial and b) the membership is so cheap. I am not paid to give this review, I am doing it because it really is that good.”
