Then I read the returns policy again and it seems to have changed (says I can return it for a refund in original payment). But now I’m currently in the process of moving to QLD and won’t be able to get it in within the 30 day period. Any way to get around this?”
“Took you guys almost two months to resolve a delivery issue with the order, the user should not have to deal with the post since we are buying from you and no the post, you guys take full responsibility for the delivery of the package or just have a pick up policy if you can ensure the delivery.”
