then estimated and the order tracking was poor also took almost a month to arrive i wasn't even able to call up and ask about my order”
“Disappointed. Took 5 full business days from placing the order before it was event handed over to Aus Post to ship. In that time I received 8 marketing emails and not a single word on the delay to the initial shipping process.
Awarded a second star because it still arrived inside the advertised postage window (albeit towards the very end of it)”
“Not too impressed. Ordered 5 hats, to be given as Xmas presents, however no boxes have been provided as they have been inserted into the cap carrier. 2 hats are out of shape and the carrier has what looks like liquid stains on it.”
