Proposed option to replace it myself, with clear instructions. It was quite easy.
So I am happy with the service, although the issue I had (broken start button) is a fundamental design issue, I had this problem twice now and will likely happen again with the replacement body. I hope this design issue is fixed in the new model!”

“$12. That is right, that is all Cycliq charged me, and that was just to cover return postage. I had broken off two tabs of the 1/8 turn on the back of my Fly 6. I paid postage both ways. They were extremely helpful. The only holdup in the whole process was that Australia Post lost my parcel for a week. All ended well though.”
“I'm glad that Cycliq offered a replacement part without cost although I have to bear the shipping cost. The instruction provided was pretty clear. The only frustration that I encountered was trying to keep the positions of the 2 light pipes when sliding the main casing into the unit. They keep dropping out. Perhaps your team could think of a way to improve this aspect of it. Thank you!”
