“I was tricked in the delivery date. My old backpack was torn apart and I chose the pale olive color because it was in stock and it was going to be delivered promptly. As days went by and I didn't get my order, I emailed asking for this issue. Apparently they moved the delivery date because they didn't have any pale olive in stock! I chose a different color and was delivered to me immediately, but it was not cool how they said they had it in stock first and didn't.”

“The bag feels really nice. The pockets are sturdy. I do wish this slim backpack model had the side pocket like the other ones so I would have that extra storage for my phone, however that doesn't bother me because of the high quality that comes with the bag. This bag is suited for light weight day travel, and minimalistic students or professionals.”

“When someone I am close with told me about Day Owl, I was so excited to read more about it. I love Day Owl's business model and how many ways the company tries to make the recycling/ renewing process interactive for customers. We ended up ordering them together and getting our "friends discount." We both love our backpacks and the company. So far my Day Owl backpack has travelled hundreds of miles and moved into college with me, and I can't wait to take it on more adventures!”

“I had purchased a Pouch bag but it did not work out for me. The return was quickly handled and my account credited. I then purchased the brown backpack which had been out of stock. It was delivered the next week. I haven’t used it yet since I purchased it mostly for travel. It’s exactly what I wanted though. Now I’m waiting for the brown Fanny pack to come back in stock. Thank you for your quality products!”
