“I bought a beautiful chandelier i pre-ordered it and had to wait a long time to receive it but i am very happy with my purchase, good customer service and they kept me up to date when there was a slight delay.”

“The bobble bowl was beautiful. It arrived in a timely manner and was exceptionally well wrapped. Unfortunately, it was much bigger than I had realised. I sadly needed to return it. My refund was returned very quickly. Thank you, Decorum. 😊”

“Beautiful products at a sensible price...found some unusual "bits" for my new bathroom that didn't cost a fortune!. Delivery was reasonable considering it was ordered over the bank holidays, and I was kept informed .very pleased”

“I placed an order for a set of cushions that was a great price. I think they made a pricing error, as the cushions are still showing as available but they cancelled my order saying they didn't have enough fabric. The listing at the lower price disappeared at the same time. They should honour an order at the price paid, or substitute for an alternative if they take an order and don't have the fabric.”

Dear Leanne, Thank you for your review regarding your cushion purchase. From looking at your order I can see that the Luxe Casa Olivia Cushion Set is no longer available to purchase here at Decorum Interiors. The designer fabric we use is currently unavailable with no restocking date resulting in us being unable to fulfil the order without the fabric required. I would recommend clearing your browser cache and then viewing the “Luxe Casa” brand page again as this product is no longer available order. We do apologise for being unable to fulfil your order, we would have loved to be able to supply these beautiful cushions to you but we wanted to be transparent with you and advise you straight away instead of waiting in hope that some fabric would turn up and be allocated to us. Negative reviews are particularly damaging to small, family ran business’s like our especially during these times so we would always do what we can to avoid these. We do hope to see you shopping with Decorum Interiors again, if you would like us to check availability on any other cushion set ahead of you ordering again please do let us know and we can ensure we have enough fabric ready to bring making up a beautiful cushion set for you. I would recommend the Monaco Set, many customers who have purchased Olivia Set have bought this immediately after receiving their Olivia Set. We wish you a lovely evening Leanne. “Some great items, and packaged well arriving well ahead of estimated within 48 hours (with regular shipping). Some of the faux flowers were not quite as high quality as some others I have seen, and are prone to losing some of their leaves which need to be reattached. I combined with some other faux stems to complete the look.”

“We had a great purchasing experience with Decorum Interiors. I emailed prior to ordering to check stock and waiting times and was assured stock of my order was in although to expect a small delay due to the Christmas orders over the shutdown. We didn’t experience a delay and received the light sooner than expected. Communication thought was perfect. Thanks! The chandelier is going up this Sunday!”
