Our returns process is managed through a portal which is super simple, you simply enter your order number and your email and your return is registered, you're then given the option to request a refund or exchange, send the item back to us and we process accordingly.
Not sure what part of the process you struggled with but perhaps an email to our customer service team could rectify that for you instead of using this forum, especially as this is the first we've heard of this issue?

Our returns process is managed through a portal which is super simple, you simply enter your order number and your email and your return is registered, you're then given the option to request a refund or exchange, send the item back to us and we process accordingly.

If you can send your tracking ID and your returns number to support@denevos.com we can follow this up for you providing you have followed the instructions as detailed in our returns portal.
“These slim fit trousers are SUPER comfortable, I would argue that they are comfier than most premium joggers. They are also styled like trousers so can be used with formal wear or replace skinny jeans when going out casually.
It hugs the legs really well but it is a bit looser by the waist even with your normal size. Not an issue unless you load your pockets which would pull them down.
10/10 would recommend whether you want these for the office or to lounge around or to replace your black jeans”

You provided us with an incorrect delivery address so as a result Royal Mail returned your items to the warehouse.
We have sent several emails confirming this and requesting you provide a correct address so we can reissue your order.
Please contact us or respond to our many emails so we can get your order to you.
Falsely adding poor reviews will not help the cause, all we need a response from you so we can resolve this issue.
We ask all customers in there confirmation emails to confirm their address is correct when placing the order, your address was entered incorrectly, unable to delivered and we now want to rectify this on your behalf but require your assistance in doing so.
