I purchased two electric radiators from you in September 2023 Order No. 57CWBHP7 I am wanting to claim a vat return for a new build and would appreciate it if you would let me have your vat registration number please. Also if possible could you let me have an invoice for the items as I never received one.

Where is my refund? I ordered my radiator on 14 November. I now hear the entire stock from the manufacturator is unavailable. I have requested a full refund as the alternative offered is the wrong size. Your customer service is extremely poor.
