Do we need to wear underwear underneath these compression jock shorts?

It is a personal preference if you would like to wear underwear beneath the compression jock shorts. There is a custom cup pocket built into the compression jock short to hold the cup so you would not need to worry about the cup moving around or having direct contact with the skin.
