The mat quality you chose is extremely hardwearing and are actually our our best sellers. OEM Hyundai mats would be closer match to our Deluxe range which might have been what you were looking for. “Poor quality mats, despite website stating fixings supplied this is not true. Only two poor quality sticky pads were supplied for the drivers mat. When I queried this I was told they would be posted out to me for the other three mats but then I was told they only supply them for the one mat. Those sticky pads have already disintegrated.”

Hi, Thank you for your order and taking time to leave a review. I have looked into this issue and can see that you incorrectly ordered mats for a Lexus NX300H despite you having a Lexus NX350H and as such the mats don't fit as intended. At this moment in time, we do not offer mats for the 350H so are unable to help with a replacement set of mats.

“I ordered a set of mats. After a week I hadnt' received them. I contacted Direct Car Mats. They said they would despatch another set. Another week on I still haven't received them.”
