“The fact that when you place the order nothing can be changed is not only frustrating , but not made clear , during or after the process as its fully automated. The customer service team hide behnd the small print and are imovable. The quality quite frankly is pants, i could have done better with some egg cartons.”

“I asked about the car mats and how i could send the mats back nothing about how to send them back did reply over my email witch they where very good over about the mats would not get them again and recommend them to any one”

“The matts were great they fit lovely, but the Courier lost the first ones. But the company resolved this problem quickly and sent me new ones. A good service”

“The 4 pieces were cut to size for my RAV4, but the heelpad section of the driver's mat was not positioned properly. My right accelerating heel doesn't sit in the heel pad area, making it uncomfortable to drive, and will ultimately require replacement. Maybe I should have ordered the official Toyota set.”
