“The time between ordering the item (and paying for it) , and the item being air freighted from Australia was 10 days! This is way too long!
However once it arrived in NZ it only took 3 days to deliver it, this was much better!”

I then used the online chat explaining the situation, I did receive an acknowledgment email with the statement “ this will be investigated and we will get back to you ASAP” I’m in my 2nd day following the previous communications - still waiting nothing received.
Its very easy problem to sort out, I ordered 2 pair the box is only big enough to contain a single pair. 1 pair is about $150.00 and 2 par is over $300.00 very easy to determine only a single pair was shipped please send the other pair which I paid for
