“The listing for the saddle pad did not have any information on the page RE the size so I took a gamble. My horse is in a 17.5" saddle but the pad was huge on him and the saddle could slip around between the wool sections and the wool sections were big so made the pad very long pressing into his kidneys area. I emailed that I wished to return the item and have sent it back for a refund. The return has cost me over £7 so I'm currently down £95! They received the parcel (confirmed via tracking with a photo) a week ago and I have since emailed asking how long it takes to process a refund but it has been radio silence. Funnily enough, they were very quick to respond to my emails when I had a question regarding purchasing boots but my emails about my refund have been ignored and no refund is showing in my account.”
