“Quality of the rug was excellent! Fits perfectly! Only complaint was the delivery .. it wasn’t 1-5 days it was 8 and I hadn’t to ring to enquire , but apart from that all was good ! Have recommended to friends!”

“Items did not come in the specified time of up to 5 working days, called on the 7th day to be told they were waiting for the item to come into the warehouse (continently it had on that day apparently) and would be sent out the next day first class. I was pleased when I received the parcel the next day but disappointed to then find the item that had arrived in the warehouse was not in it. I still have not revived this item.”
