“On March 12th, 2022 I sent an email regarding the faulty product that I received, and yet nobody responded to my emails.....I got really frustrated with their service and gave a negative review on their Facebook advertisement....my review was deleted from the comments, and the comment section for their ad was disabled.

“The one I ordered at the first place had issues so I requested for a replacement and agreed on a specific model without occurring any extra cost. But they sent the same damaged one with a replacement charging pack. I wouldn’t recommend because of poor management of orders. If you got one and it’s working fine you are lucky.”
