“The terms and conditions were not clear so when I thought something was covered when we an accident it wasn’t and they pulled out an excess of 475 euros which was nowhere on our documents from them. I feel had. They need to be clear what will or won’t be covered as when hiring cars abroad we want security. First and last time we will use them. The car hire company they work with however was good.”
